What to include

For an order question, the order number and the item name. For a measurement, the item name and the dimension you need. For a damaged parcel, two photos of the item and the carton, taken within 7 days of delivery. The more of that you send in the first message, the fewer replies it takes to sort out.

When you will hear back

Messages are answered on business days, Monday to Friday, in the order they arrive. Anything that arrives over a weekend is picked up on the next business day. Order confirmation and the status of an order are always visible in your account, so you do not need to wait for a reply to see where a parcel is.
